Mentee Transformation Story

Meet Brittany

“Mentor for Change has been foundational to my life... When I make decisions even now, I ask myself, What would my mentor think about this?”

Brittany first joined Mentor for Change as a mentee in our 2019 DreamMentor cohort. She later joined our 2020 CollegeMentor cohort, graduated high school, and earned a B.A. in Cognitive Science with a minor in Data Science from UC Berkeley. In June 2026, she began her career at an AI tech company in San Francisco — landing a position in both her dream field and dream city.
